After publishing my new Hannah Kline novel, Murder is Paralyzing I took a break and revisited a large collection of short stories I’d written but never submitted for publication. After some careful editing, I discovered Duotrope.com, an excellent submission database, and began getting my stories out in the world.
Two of them have been accepted for anthologies which will be published later this year.
Back to the Bronx was accepted in “A New York State of Crime,” the anthology of the Tristate Chapter of Sisters in Crime.
A Thesis on Murder was accepted in “Angel City Beat” the anthology of the Los Angeles Chapter of Sisters in Crime.
Four of my stories have been published on the website https://Short-Story.me
The Food Police and Moonlighting under Crime
The Secondhand Store under Fantasy
Generations under General Fiction
You can read them for free. Many stories are still out there awaiting acceptance or rejection. Stay tuned.
